These website terms apply to AutoMoldingPro inquiries and general information. A signed quotation, purchase order, NDA, quality agreement or other project contract controls where it states different terms.
Website Operator and Acceptance
AutoMoldingPro is operated by C.K. MOLD & ENGINEERING LIMITED. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, forms, content or availability. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the website.
Technical Information Is General
Website content describes manufacturing considerations and capabilities in general terms. It is not vehicle approval, legal advice, a material guarantee, a final design validation or a substitute for the customer’s drawings, standards, approved material list and testing.
Feasibility, tolerances, mold life, cycle, price, timing, quality evidence and validation are project-specific and become commitments only when stated in an accepted written quotation or contract.
RFQs, Quotations and Orders
- RFQ information should identify the controlled CAD and drawing revision, exact resin, volume, finish, mold destination and validation requirements.
- Quotations are based on the stated inputs, assumptions, inclusions and exclusions and remain valid only for the period shown.
- Work begins after technical and commercial acceptance, including agreed payment and data-release conditions.
- Changes to part data, material, volume, standards, tests, schedule or destination may require a revised price and timing.
- Taxes, freight, duties, travel, third-party tests and destination-plant support are included only when expressly listed.
Customer Data, Authority and Confidentiality
The customer confirms that it has the right to provide submitted drawings, CAD, trademarks, samples and other technical data and to authorize the requested manufacturing work. Do not send third-party confidential or export-controlled information without proper authority.
Confidentiality obligations are governed by an accepted NDA or contract. Until one is in place, do not assume that a website form alone creates a special confidentiality agreement.
Intellectual Property and Tooling
The website design, text, graphics and AutoMoldingPro branding may not be copied or republished except as permitted by law or written authorization.
Ownership and use of customer designs, supplier know-how, mold designs, tooling, modifications, spare parts and project documents are defined by the accepted quotation or contract. Payment for a mold does not change unstated rights; the project agreement should resolve ownership, storage, maintenance, transfer and disposal explicitly.
Samples, Approval and Production
T1 or first-article samples are evaluated against the agreed data and inspection plan. Customer approval of samples, drawings, deviations or change records is required before the related release stage where specified.
Agreed PPAP elements can be supported. PPAP level, IMDS, capability studies, test responsibility, customer forms and production-run conditions must be defined at RFQ. AutoMoldingPro does not claim OEM approval unless supported by controlled project evidence.
Warranty and Limitation
Project warranties and remedies are those in the accepted written agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that all general information is complete, current or suitable for a particular vehicle use.
Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any project-specific limitation, indemnity, governing law or dispute process must be stated in the applicable contract rather than inferred from marketing content.
