Company and Project Communication
The operation is based in the Shenzhen manufacturing region. Jerry Zou leads international project communication and brings more than 15 years of injection-mold and international-project experience. The engineering and manufacturing team’s experience began in 2002 in the Shenzhen/Dongguan region.
Project communication is organized around controlled revisions, open technical decisions, commercial scope, milestones, samples, measurements, and assigned approval gates.

Manufacturing Scope and Boundaries
Injection molding capability is available up to 1,200 tons, subject to review of the part, tool dimensions, clamp/shot needs, resin, process window, automation, validation, and capacity. Tools may remain in China for parts production or be built for export to documented destination-press and plant standards.
